Smoking is NOT permitted within the Apartment

• A deposit of £75 will secure a booking. I will request the remainder approximately 8 weeks before your departure.
  
  
• The property will be available from 4pm on the date of arrival and should be vacated by 12 noon on departure day. Later checkouts may be possible with prior agreement. These restrictions only apply when there is a  same day changeover, our property managers make every effort to ensure a smooth changeover.
  
  
• The rental cost includes the provision of bed linen and towels and the departure clean and launder.
  
  
• All parties included in the booking are requested to arrange sufficient holiday insurance, including cover for damage to the apartment and it’s contents.
